About Me

Graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy with academic honors in 2014 has been an important accomplishment for me. After years of working in traditional healthcare settings, I have found my true calling in massage therapy and bodywork.

I have been a Registered Nurse in CT since 2005, working in hospital, clinic, and office settings. I also have used my nursing skills to help individuals as a health coach and patient advocate. Since obtaining my massage therapy National Certification (NCBTMB) and licensure, I have been performing massage at two spa/salon settings, and running my own massage practice. After working in the medical field, I appreciate the natural holistic healing that takes place in massage and other alternative therapies.

My goals as a massage therapist include: putting clients at ease, relieving muscular aches and pains, improving flexibility, and reducing stress. I am happy to address trigger points or other specific musculoskeletal problems. I can design a massage session specific to each person’s needs and preferences. My belief is that massage is a vital tool in promoting a healthy, pain-free, more relaxed and joyfull lifestyle.
